So we have had a bit of a break of visiting the property as we have has some excellent long-term guests that have been enjoying the property. Although that means that Christy and I don’t have the opportunity to spend full weeks there, we occasionally get to grab a few nights in between to stop in and work from the beach condo, while we work ON the condo! This week we were able to make time to go down and work, spend the night, enjoy the sunset, and get a few things taken care of that needed to be updates. Little odds and ends (refill some necessities, change a few light bulbs, swap batteries in remotes) you know, the little things!
While we were there, we changed out the ceiling fan in the guest bedroom, and we made some adjustments to our decorations. As we are trying to keep things updated and to our style. We also added a smart TV to the master bedroom. This means that the TV is connected to the “spectrum network” and gets all the same channels and content as the living room, yet can still be watched separately. Yay! Movies in bed!
Lastly, (and it’s no small update) is the NEW POOL! Yes, the complex voted on, funded, and broke ground September 1st on the new pool which is being rated for commercial property while also increasing the size and overall deck area as well. We’re so thrilled this will be completed in a very short timeframe as well! I’ve attached some pictures of the progress made to date, with the completion marked for November!
