A New Beginning

Here we are at the moment in our lives where we can finally realize our dreams together of owning and offering a premier vacation rental destination on the beautiful Florida coast. Prior to our lives together, Christy and I have been visiting Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores area separately for years. For Christy, that has meant celebrating her son’s first birthday on these very shores, family get togethers, weekend vacation rentals and more, it is like her second home. For myself, being a local weekend musician in the area, an avid boater, diver, fisherman and outdoorsman throughout these waters, I hold a lifetime of amazing memories and adventures in this town. Together we have longed for a place to call home in this community, today this has become a reality for us and our lives together. We are truly blessed.

So why are we doing this?

• Because of the love we have for each other, and in realizing our dreams.
• Because we wanted to create a place where time stops, serenity begins, moments are captured, and family memories are created for a lifetime.
• Because we have a deep love and respect for the ocean, and enjoy barefoot walks in the sugar sands.
• Because we have a vision for creating a special place for others to enjoy, to get know and to love this amazing place as we do.
• Because we want everyone who experiences Searenity Sands to truly be a forever part of our family.

That’s why we’re committed to going the extra mile to make you feel like home and have focused our attention on the little extras to make this vacation rental above and beyond personal. We have so many plans! Just tonight we’ve been going over all the “to do’s” on our list. Checking things off one by one. It seems that with the amount of time we have given ourselves to get started that we will never get it all done! Furniture and items to buy, decorations to hang, “new this” and “replace that”. Not that much is needed per se, but just adding our personal touch to the condo to build the perfect vibe and to give our renters a sense of ourselves.

So here we go! We’ll be taking the next few weeks to host some friends and family test our vision, and to give us their feedback. We’re so excited and cant wait!
